About This Job
Rich Spa Dombivli in Dombivli East is formalising its training programme and needs a lead trainer. The Dombivli East outlet draws clients from across Dombivli, and most of our team travels in from Dombivli West, Vishnu Nagar and 90 Feet Road.
The work centres on protocol training, hands-on demonstration and quality assessment, supported by a supervisor on every shift. The role is part-time with the same slot each day, so you can plan around it. This position is open to male therapists working the gents treatment section.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
- Punctual and consistent attendance
