About This Job
We need a spa trainer based at our Dombivli East branch, Rich Spa Dombivli, with occasional travel to other outlets. You would be based at our Dombivli East location, which is easy to reach from Dombivli West, Vishnu Nagar and 90 Feet Road as well.
You will be performing quality assessment, product knowledge and onboarding new joiners across 6 treatment rooms. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Punctual and consistent attendance
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
