About This Job
A trainer position is open at Rich Spa Dombivli in Dombivli East for an experienced therapist who enjoys teaching. The Dombivli East outlet draws clients from across Dombivli, and most of our team travels in from Dombivli West, Vishnu Nagar and 90 Feet Road.
The work centres on onboarding new joiners, protocol training and hands-on demonstration, supported by a supervisor on every shift. This is a part-time shift, so it works well alongside studies or another job. This position is open to male therapists working the gents treatment section.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
- Punctual and consistent attendance
