About This Job
A trainer position is open at Bella Spa Badlapur in Katrap for an experienced therapist who enjoys teaching. The Katrap outlet draws clients from across Badlapur, and most of our team travels in from Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West.
The work centres on product knowledge, onboarding new joiners and protocol training, supported by a supervisor on every shift. This is a part-time shift, so it works well alongside studies or another job.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
- Punctual and consistent attendance
