About This Job
We need a spa trainer based at our Katrap branch, Bella Spa Badlapur, with occasional travel to other outlets. You would be based at our Katrap location, which is easy to reach from Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West as well.
You will be performing hands-on demonstration, quality assessment and product knowledge across 4 treatment rooms. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week. We are recruiting male therapists for this role to serve our gents clientele.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Punctual and consistent attendance
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
