About This Job
Bella Spa Badlapur in Katrap is formalising its training programme and needs a lead trainer. The Katrap outlet draws clients from across Badlapur, and most of our team travels in from Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West.
The work centres on onboarding new joiners, protocol training and hands-on demonstration, supported by a supervisor on every shift. The role is part-time with the same slot each day, so you can plan around it.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
- Punctual and consistent attendance
