About This Job
We need a spa trainer based at our Ghodbunder Road branch, Atlas Luxury Spa Thane, with occasional travel to other outlets. We are located at Manpada Naka, Thane West, 400615 — a practical option for therapists commuting from Hiranandani Estate, Majiwada and Thane West.
Expect to deliver onboarding new joiners, protocol training and hands-on demonstration through the shift, with breaks scheduled between longer sessions. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Able to communicate politely with guests in Hindi or Marathi
- Honest handling of client belongings and spa property
