About This Job
Atlas Luxury Spa Thane in Ghodbunder Road is formalising its training programme and needs a lead trainer. The outlet is at Manpada Naka, Thane West, 400615, so the commute is short if you live in Ghodbunder Road or around Hiranandani Estate, Majiwada and Thane West.
The role covers quality assessment, product knowledge and onboarding new joiners, with the treatment mix varying by season and booking pattern. You will work a standard full-time roster, with the shift confirmed a week in advance.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Honest handling of client belongings and spa property
- Able to communicate politely with guests in Hindi or Marathi
