About This Job
Atlas Luxury Spa Thane is hiring a spa trainer to bring new therapists up to standard across its Ghodbunder Road outlet. We are located at Manpada Naka, Thane West, 400615 — a practical option for therapists commuting from Hiranandani Estate, Majiwada and Thane West.
Expect to deliver product knowledge, onboarding new joiners and protocol training through the shift, with breaks scheduled between longer sessions. The position is full-time and salaried, with a weekly off and paid leave after probation.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Able to communicate politely with guests in Hindi or Marathi
- Honest handling of client belongings and spa property
