About This Job
Signature Spa Ambernath is hiring a spa trainer to bring new therapists up to standard across its Ambarnath West outlet. Our Ambarnath West premises are near Shivaji Chowk, Waldhuni & GNP Galaxy, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Ambarnath East, Anand Nagar and Pale Gaon.
Day to day you will handle quality assessment, product knowledge and onboarding new joiners, working to our documented house protocols. The position is full-time and salaried, with a weekly off and paid leave after probation.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
- Neat personal grooming and clean uniform
