About This Job
We need a spa trainer based at our Ambarnath West branch, Signature Spa Ambernath, with occasional travel to other outlets. Our Ambarnath West premises are near Shivaji Chowk, Waldhuni & GNP Galaxy, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Ambarnath East, Anand Nagar and Pale Gaon.
Day to day you will handle product knowledge, onboarding new joiners and protocol training, working to our documented house protocols. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 5+ years as a therapist with training experience
- Able to demonstrate and correct technique clearly
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and Marathi
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
- Neat personal grooming and clean uniform
