About This Job
We need a spa supervisor at our Ambarnath West branch, Signature Spa Ambernath, reporting directly to the owner. You would be based at our Ambarnath West location, which is easy to reach from Ambarnath East, Anand Nagar and Pale Gaon as well.
You will be performing therapist rostering, guest complaint handling and inventory control across 5 treatment rooms. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week.
We interview on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as you are ready.
What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 3+ years in spa operations with at least one supervising
- Comfortable with billing software and basic spreadsheets
- Still willing to take treatments during peak hours
- Punctual and consistent attendance
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
