About This Job
Atlas Luxury Spa Thane is hiring a spa supervisor to run daily floor operations at its Ghodbunder Road outlet. Our Ghodbunder Road premises are Manpada Naka to Kasarvadavali belt, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Hiranandani Estate, Majiwada and Thane West.
Day to day you will handle therapist rostering, guest complaint handling and inventory control, working to our documented house protocols. The position is full-time and salaried, with a weekly off and paid leave after probation.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 3+ years in spa operations with at least one supervising
- Comfortable with billing software and basic spreadsheets
- Still willing to take treatments during peak hours
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
- Neat personal grooming and clean uniform
