About This Job
We need a spa supervisor at our Ghodbunder Road branch, Atlas Luxury Spa Thane, reporting directly to the owner. Our Ghodbunder Road premises are Manpada Naka to Kasarvadavali belt, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Hiranandani Estate, Majiwada and Thane West.
Day to day you will handle guest complaint handling, inventory control and daily billing, working to our documented house protocols. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week.
We interview on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as you are ready.
What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 3+ years in spa operations with at least one supervising
- Comfortable with billing software and basic spreadsheets
- Still willing to take treatments during peak hours
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
- Neat personal grooming and clean uniform
