About This Job
We need a senior spa therapist at our Katrap branch, Bella Spa Badlapur, to hold quality standards across the team. Our Katrap premises are Badlapur–Katai Road, near Shubham Plaza, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West.
Day to day you will handle signature protocols, guest recovery and multi-modality treatments, working to our documented house protocols. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week. We are recruiting female therapists for this role and maintain a separate ladies section.
We interview on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as you are ready.
What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- At least 3 years on a spa treatment floor
- Trained in four or more massage modalities
- Able to guide and correct junior therapists
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
- Neat personal grooming and clean uniform
