About This Job
Bella Spa Badlapur is hiring a senior spa therapist to anchor the treatment floor at its Katrap outlet. Our Katrap premises are Badlapur–Katai Road, near Shubham Plaza, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West.
Day to day you will handle guest recovery, multi-modality treatments and junior mentoring, working to our documented house protocols. The position is full-time and salaried, with a weekly off and paid leave after probation. We are recruiting female therapists for this role and maintain a separate ladies section.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- At least 3 years on a spa treatment floor
- Trained in four or more massage modalities
- Able to guide and correct junior therapists
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
- Neat personal grooming and clean uniform
