About This Job
A senior therapist position is open at Atlas Luxury Spa Thane in Ghodbunder Road for someone ready to mentor juniors. The Ghodbunder Road outlet draws clients from across Thane, and most of our team travels in from Hiranandani Estate, Majiwada and Thane West.
The work centres on multi-modality treatments, junior mentoring and quality audits, supported by a supervisor on every shift. This is a freelance arrangement — you pick your availability and we route bookings to you. This position is open to male therapists working the gents treatment section.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- At least 3 years on a spa treatment floor
- Trained in four or more massage modalities
- Able to guide and correct junior therapists
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
- Punctual and consistent attendance
