About This Job
We need a senior spa therapist at our Ghodbunder Road branch, Atlas Luxury Spa Thane, to hold quality standards across the team. You would be based at our Ghodbunder Road location, which is easy to reach from Hiranandani Estate, Majiwada and Thane West as well.
You will be performing junior mentoring, quality audits and signature protocols across 7 treatment rooms. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week.
We interview on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as you are ready.
What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- At least 3 years on a spa treatment floor
- Trained in four or more massage modalities
- Able to guide and correct junior therapists
- Punctual and consistent attendance
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
