About This Job
An assistant manager position is open at Signature Spa Ambernath in Ambarnath West, handling bookings, stock and staff coordination. The Ambarnath West outlet draws clients from across Ambarnath, and most of our team travels in from Ambarnath East, Anand Nagar and Pale Gaon.
The work centres on cash and billing, guest relations and appointment management, supported by a supervisor on every shift. This is a full-time position with one weekly off and a fixed shift once you settle in. This position is open to male therapists working the gents treatment section.
Shortlisted candidates are invited for a short practical demonstration at the outlet.
What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 2+ years in spa, salon or hospitality operations
- Confident on the phone and with walk-in guests
- Comfortable with billing systems and daily reporting
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
- Punctual and consistent attendance
