About This Job
A sports massage position is open at Green Apple Spa in Shilphata, with mostly pre-booked recovery sessions. The Shilphata outlet draws clients from across Thane, and most of our team travels in from Nilje, Palava City and Mumbra.
The work centres on trigger-point release, pre-event preparation and post-event recovery, supported by a supervisor on every shift. This is a freelance arrangement — you pick your availability and we route bookings to you.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- Training in sports or remedial massage
- Understands basic anatomy and common sports injuries
- Comfortable working with athletic clients
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
- Punctual and consistent attendance
