About This Job
We need a spa supervisor at our Dombivli East branch, Rich Spa Dombivli, reporting directly to the owner. We are located at Dombivli East, 421203 — a practical option for therapists commuting from Dombivli West, Vishnu Nagar and 90 Feet Road.
Expect to deliver hygiene audits, therapist rostering and guest complaint handling through the shift, with breaks scheduled between longer sessions. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 3+ years in spa operations with at least one supervising
- Comfortable with billing software and basic spreadsheets
- Still willing to take treatments during peak hours
- Able to communicate politely with guests in Hindi or Marathi
- Honest handling of client belongings and spa property
