About This Job
We need a spa supervisor at our Shilphata branch, Green Apple Spa, reporting directly to the owner. Our Shilphata premises are Shilphata–Mahape road & Bhumi World belt, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Nilje, Palava City and Mumbra.
Day to day you will handle inventory control, daily billing and hygiene audits, working to our documented house protocols. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week. We are recruiting female therapists for this role and maintain a separate ladies section.
We interview on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as you are ready.
What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 3+ years in spa operations with at least one supervising
- Comfortable with billing software and basic spreadsheets
- Still willing to take treatments during peak hours
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
- Neat personal grooming and clean uniform
