About This Job
Bella Spa Badlapur is hiring a spa supervisor to run daily floor operations at its Katrap outlet. We are located at Katrap, Badlapur, 421503 — a practical option for therapists commuting from Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West.
Expect to deliver inventory control, daily billing and hygiene audits through the shift, with breaks scheduled between longer sessions. The position is full-time and salaried, with a weekly off and paid leave after probation.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 3+ years in spa operations with at least one supervising
- Comfortable with billing software and basic spreadsheets
- Still willing to take treatments during peak hours
- Able to communicate politely with guests in Hindi or Marathi
- Honest handling of client belongings and spa property
