About This Job
We need a senior spa therapist at our Dombivli East branch, Rich Spa Dombivli, to hold quality standards across the team. Our Dombivli East premises are near VICO Naka & GNP Galleria, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Dombivli West, Vishnu Nagar and 90 Feet Road.
Day to day you will handle guest recovery, multi-modality treatments and junior mentoring, working to our documented house protocols. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week.
We interview on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as you are ready.
What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- At least 3 years on a spa treatment floor
- Trained in four or more massage modalities
- Able to guide and correct junior therapists
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
- Neat personal grooming and clean uniform
