About This Job
A senior therapist position is open at Green Apple Spa in Shilphata for someone ready to mentor juniors. The Shilphata outlet draws clients from across Thane, and most of our team travels in from Nilje, Palava City and Mumbra.
The work centres on junior mentoring, quality audits and signature protocols, supported by a supervisor on every shift. This is a freelance arrangement — you pick your availability and we route bookings to you.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- At least 3 years on a spa treatment floor
- Trained in four or more massage modalities
- Able to guide and correct junior therapists
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
- Punctual and consistent attendance
