About This Job
Bella Spa Badlapur is hiring resort spa therapists for weekend and holiday-season postings near Katrap. Our Katrap premises are Badlapur–Katai Road, near Shubham Plaza, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West.
Day to day you will handle guest hosting, relaxation massage and outdoor pavilion treatments, working to our documented house protocols. The position is full-time and salaried, with a weekly off and paid leave after probation. We are recruiting female therapists for this role and maintain a separate ladies section.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- Massage therapy certification
- Willing to work weekends and holiday peaks
- Comfortable staying near the resort during peak season
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
- Neat personal grooming and clean uniform
