About This Job
Bella Spa Badlapur is hiring a reflexologist for its Katrap outlet to run foot and hand pressure-point sessions. Our Katrap premises are Badlapur–Katai Road, near Shubham Plaza, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West.
Day to day you will handle foot scrubs, leg massage and foot reflexology, working to our documented house protocols. The position is full-time and salaried, with a weekly off and paid leave after probation. We are recruiting female therapists for this role and maintain a separate ladies section.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- Interest in reflexology — full training provided
- Good thumb and hand strength
- Available for evening footfall hours
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
