About This Job
Bella Spa Badlapur in Katrap is looking for massage therapists to join a busy treatment floor. Our Katrap premises are Badlapur–Katai Road, near Shubham Plaza, which keeps the daily journey manageable for therapists in Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West.
Day to day you will handle aroma therapy, back and shoulder relief and full-body massage, working to our documented house protocols. The position is full-time and salaried, with a weekly off and paid leave after probation. We are recruiting female therapists for this role and maintain a separate ladies section.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- Hands-on massage training from any recognised institute
- Good stamina for back-to-back sessions
- Basic spoken Hindi; Marathi or English is a plus
- Willing to learn our house treatment protocols
- Neat personal grooming and clean uniform
