About This Job
A hotel spa therapist position is open through Bella Spa Badlapur in Katrap, on rotational shifts. The Katrap outlet draws clients from across Badlapur, and most of our team travels in from Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West.
The work centres on multi-modality massage, signature hotel protocols and couple treatments, supported by a supervisor on every shift. This is a part-time shift, so it works well alongside studies or another job.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 2+ years in a spa; hotel experience preferred
- Fluent English for guest interaction
- Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends
- Comfortable maintaining treatment room hygiene between clients
- Punctual and consistent attendance
