About This Job
We need an assistant spa manager at our Dombivli East branch, Rich Spa Dombivli, working closely with the supervisor. We are located at Dombivli East, 421203 — a practical option for therapists commuting from Dombivli West, Vishnu Nagar and 90 Feet Road.
Expect to deliver cash and billing, guest relations and appointment management through the shift, with breaks scheduled between longer sessions. Shifts run on a two-slot rotation with one guaranteed day off every week.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 2+ years in spa, salon or hospitality operations
- Confident on the phone and with walk-in guests
- Comfortable with billing systems and daily reporting
- Able to communicate politely with guests in Hindi or Marathi
- Honest handling of client belongings and spa property
