About This Job
Bella Spa Badlapur is hiring an assistant spa manager for its Katrap outlet to support day-to-day running. We are located at Katrap, Badlapur, 421503 — a practical option for therapists commuting from Badlapur East, Manjarli and Badlapur West.
Expect to deliver cash and billing, guest relations and appointment management through the shift, with breaks scheduled between longer sessions. The position is full-time and salaried, with a weekly off and paid leave after probation.

What the Spa Is Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness centre
- 2+ years in spa, salon or hospitality operations
- Confident on the phone and with walk-in guests
- Comfortable with billing systems and daily reporting
- Able to communicate politely with guests in Hindi or Marathi
- Honest handling of client belongings and spa property
